Easy-Greeting.com is an eCard greeting card website to allow you to send custom watercolor cards to your friends and relatives. Easy Greeting is located in Wellington, Colorado.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Easy-Greeting stores information needed to recreate your cards, names and emails for registered users. Also, if you have set up a personal email list we will store names, emails, specified birth dates, and specified anniversary dates of user entered persons. We collect this data to serve your needs, manage our content and advertising, operate efficiently, and improve Easy Greeting services. We collect information to provide you with Easy Greeting services, respond to your requests, and fulfill your paid subscriptions. This information will be kept for 1 month after your membership expires. Cookies are used with Google Analytics to track user location, browser type, system and other non-personal data for statistics to improve our site.

Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

Easy Greeting also uses Google Analytics to track user statistics.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. The information we collect depends on how the User sets up Akismet for the Site, but typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).
Contact Forms
No information that we collect will be sold to third party vendors. We may from time to time send emails about new features, specials, and new paintings. See what personal data we collect in the above section.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Cookies are also used for Google Analytics.

Easy Greeting does not embed any content from other websites except for optional ads.
Analytics
Easy Greeting uses Google Analytics to track website statistics such as which pages are viewed most often. It is used to improve this site.
If using the website purely for information purposes, i.e. if you have not registered with us, do not order anything or are not forwarding information to us by another means, we shall only collect the personal data which your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis is art. 6, section 1, clause 1 lit. f GDPR):

- Date and time of the query
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of the request (specific page)
- Access status / HTTP status code
- Data volume transferred in each instance
- Website from which the request originates (browser type)
- Browser
- User’s operating system and user interface
- Browser software language and version.
Who we share your data with
Easy Greeting does not share personal information with any third party companies.
Generic information such as described in Analytics is shared with Google Analytics.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Data entered in your personal email list will remain until 1 month after your membership expires.
Cards you create will be available for 2 months, then they will be removed.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username) by going to Edit User Profile. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Personal email list data such as friends names, emails, optional birth dates and anniversary dates may be deleted through the Designer Tool when you are logged in and select the Email button.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Clicking on a share icon will send the current page image and text to Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, What’s App, or Email.
We also send statistics to Google Analytics as described in the Analytics section above.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
